Born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, Candace is deeply rooted in her Carolina heritage and brings her signature Southern hospitality to every client relationship. As a proud University of South Carolina alumna — and a passionate fan of both Gamecock football and the women’s basketball team — she has built TerraSouth Group on the same values that define her home state: resilience, pride, and teamwork.
Candace’s professional journey began in sales and property management in 2009, where she honed her ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and deliver results for clients.
She later served as an Acquisition Manager for a high-producing land investor, where she coordinated deals from start to finish. Working directly with sellers and alongside closing attorneys, she gained first-hand insight into the challenges investors face in keeping transactions moving smoothly.
Time and again, Candace noticed the same pain point: investors bottlenecked by communication gaps, title work delays, and the overwhelming coordination of sellers and attorneys. Driven to solve this problem, she founded TerraSouth Group with a clear vision, to pioneer a streamlined, investor-focused transaction management process that takes files all the way to the closing table.
